7VYN Order & Fulfillment Policy
At 7VYN, every order is a curated experience. Each bundle and wig is carefully inspected, wrapped in luxury packaging, and finished with signature details — including exclusive mini gifts as a token of appreciation for joining the 7VYN circle.
Please note that all sales are final. Due to the exclusivity and hygiene standards of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Every unit is thoroughly reviewed and prepared to ensure the premium quality that defines your 7th sense of luxury.
All orders require 2–4 business days for processing and preparation before shipping. Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking information will be provided via email.
For our Atlanta clientele, 7VYN offers local order pickup (when on-hand inventory is available) as well as Uber drop-off options for added convenience. If you select “Local pickup” at checkout, please contact us directly after placing your order to coordinate pickup or delivery details.
